A young woman is learning to become a Licensed Clitoridectomist. Her first step is to enroll in Clitoridectomy 101.
Los Angeles 2020
With the ever increasing popularity of women wanting to have clitoridectomy, the practice must be regulated to prevent women from being botched by the so called 'expert' or 'artist' who don't know what they are doing and do it only for the thrill and fun.
My name is Sally, I am a 25 year old nurse, working in a circumcision clinic. Circumcision has always been my passion. I love seeing guys getting their foreskins removed. I always hate foreskins. It's ugly. However, I have an even deeper passion, one that few know about. I have always wanted to do clitoridectomies, yes, that means removing a girl's naughty pleasure button.
So, after saving enough money, I enroll myself in Clitoridectomy 101. It's the first step towards becoming a Licensed Clitoridectomist, which I'm hoping to accomplish in less than a year.
It's the first day of Clitoridectomy 101. I look around. There are 20 students. I see 3 Muslim girls wearing the headscarf. However, it's different than those of the Mideast. Their bodies is all covered, but I'd say the clothes are quite tight fitting. See thru fabric around their shoulder and arms and the headscarf. Modern Muslim women wish to carry on their tradition. I see 2 guys and 3 girls with some tattoos and piercing. People who are into BSDM and body arts, I guess. Then I see a lesbian couple. They are quite hot. Wearing only mini skirt and sports bra, and keep holding their hands and kissing. I wonder if they plan to cut each other's clit. The rest looks like regular college students.
Minutes later, a middle aged woman comes in. Must be the instructor, I think.
"My name is Doctor Zaenab. You may call me Dr. Z. I will be your instructor here, from now on until you get your license. I am originally from Egypt, where I had been doing clitoridectomies for 8 years. For the past 10 years I do my practice in Little Cairo, just 20 minutes from here. I run my own clinic, where we do both male circumcision and female clitoridectomy. Sometime during this course, we will be taking a field trip there."
The first week it's all about anatomy of the female genitalia. Mons Veneris, labia majora, labia minora, clitoris which consist of glans, hood and frenulum. Nothing new for me. It's a bit boring but I know things will get more interesting later.
Then we are learning a bit about the legal aspect of it. Dr. Z explains:
"The US Law states that any elective genital surgery, male or female, can only be performed on persons of 18 years old or older, with his or her consent. Before you cut a girl, make sure you check her ID. I will show you to spot fake ID later. However, some fake IDs are real good, so you have to scan and make copies of it. And make sure she signs the release form before you touch her. That way, all liabilities is on her. If she's using fake ID, it's her problem not yours.
And if a girl looks very young, don't take risk, even if her ID says she's over 18. Tell her to have fun with her clit and come back in a few years. If she insists, tell her to see another clitoridectomist. If you cut underage girls, your license will be revoked, and you will go to jail for 5 years."
The next lesson is about hygiene:
"You know that pubic hair can easily hide germs and trap moisture. So before you cut anything, make sure she gets shaved or waxed. I'm sure most of you are experts in shaving yourself down there, but just for the fun of it, let's shave someone. Any volunteer??"
I'd love to volunteer, but I have nothing to shave down there. I've been shaving since I was 12 or 13. I'd love to try waxing, but it's kind of expensive for now.
Megan raises her arm and move forward. The 22 year old girl then stripped down and lay on the table. She doesn't have that much hair down there. Dr. Z first washed her genitalia, then applies some shaving foam on her. She then took a razor and starts shaving. "Run the razor against the direction of the hair, that way you will have a clean shave." A few stokes later, Megan's pussy is totally clean. "You will have to begin with the dummy. Here's one (showing a dummy pussy) These dummies are actually molded from real women's genitalia and come in various shape and sizes, just like the real ones. It's made of special rubber and it has the same density and firmness of human flesh...
"Before we let you do your first clitoridectomy, you have to cut 200, yes two hundred dummies, with the success rate of 99%, which means 198 of them has to pass. If you fail more than 2 dummies, then for every failed dummy, you have to cut another 10. For example, if you fail five, then you have to cut another 30 dummies with 99 % success rate. Then and only then, we will allow you to do your first real clitoridectomy."
That's tough, I said to myself. But it's better to mess up a dummy than a real woman's parts. Dr. Z distributed the dummy pussy. Each one comes in a sealed box. You don't know which type you will receive, so it's like the real situation. You wouldn't know how your patient looks down there until she drops her panties.
I open up the box and look at my first dummy. The little lips are of normal size, not protruding out, so is the clitoris, which is less than ½ inch. The hood is quite short so the glans is quite visible.
Next Lesson : TECHNIQUE
Dr. Z explain that there are various ways to do clitoridectomy, however, we just need to know the basic 3. Dr. Z has 3 dummies lying on the table, along with the instrument needed to perform each method. She's explaining and showing the techniques with each dummy.
"The first technique is the traditional cut. It's the most common method used in my clinic. Most of my clients are Arab Muslims and they prefer the traditional way. It's quite simple. All we need is a pair of forceps and a scalpel, or scissor. After the disinfecting and the painkillers, which is standard in all methods, what I need to do is clamp the clitoris with my left hand, pull it until you can feel the stretch, and cut it at the base with the scalpel or scissor. Simple and easy."
"The second technique is the suction tube. This is a new method, invented just a few years ago. It's popular among Western, European and Asian women. The clitoris in inserted into the tube, then the lever is pulled, which is going to suck the clitoris further into the tube. When the clitoris is fully inside the tube, just press the red button and the blade will be released, cutting the clitoris at the base. The suction tube is also disposable, so it's very hygienic."
(By the way, the suction tube nearly puts the clitoridectomists out of business. It was first designed as a 'do it yourself clitoridectomy kit' also known as 'Cut Your Own Clit or CYOC device and was marketed to public. But the clitoridectomists community lobbied the manufacturer and convinced them it's not safe to do your own clitoridectomy without any medical knowledge. Finally the manufacturer agreed to sell it only to the licensed clitoridectomists.)
"The third technique is the trickiest and the least common. It's actually simple. Just tie the clitoris tightly at the base. Then the blood supply is cut off and the organ will die and fall off. The problem is, sometimes it takes days before the clit would fall off, so it's quite agonizing for the woman. However, there are certain cases where this method is the best choice, which you will learn along the way. Some people who are into BSDM also like this method."
So I cut my first dummy clit. As an experienced nurse, it's a piece of cake. Then another and another. Within a week I already score 50 dummies, and 49 passed. I was sneezing while cutting the failed dummy. The rubber clit was sliced in half. A good lesson for me, don't do any cutting when you're sick.
It's my 51st dummy. I open the sealed box and get an unusual dummy. The clit is much bigger than the other dummies I've seen. It's nearly the size of the tip of the pinky finger. It won't even fit in the suction tube.
Dr. Z called the whole class to come to my table.
"You see this dummy?? The clit is much bigger than average. Sometimes in your practice, you will encounter cases like this. If the clit is this size, if you cut it at the base you will risk excessive bleeding. The best way to remove it is to tie it really tight at the base, and yes, she will be in agony for a couple days. But when it falls off, it's a big relief."
I keep cutting more dummies. The sooner I get to 200, the sooner I can cut some real clits. I wonder who will be my first 'victim'???

Soon enough I'm cutting my 195th dummy. Only five to go. I put the rubber clits a box, sometimes I look at them and imagining what if those are real clits?
Some of my friends have asked me when I can get my license. Jeanne, a friend who is much younger than me even asked if I can get my license before she turns 18 in a couple months, so she can get cut on her 18th birthday.
Finally I cut my 200th dummy clits. Dr. Z gives me "The Apprentice License".
I can't wait to cut some real clits.
